FATAL CRASH CLOSES I-45

At 255am Montgomery County dispatchers started to receive calls of a female who tried to cross I-45 near Birchwood (between Woodlands Parkway and RayfordSawdust) The pedestrian was struck several times. At this time all of I-45 northbound is closed at the Robinson Road exit. DPS Investigators are enroute , expect delays into the morning commute.
